Monday’s Say So Much

Monday’s are for setting direction, building excitement and being set loose from the whimsy of the weekend.

Too often, I hear people talking about Monday with dread and gloom. I know I’ve been there before too.

If this is the case, it’s your brain and guts way of saying they’re not aligned. The thought of a job that you don’t want to go to for any reason other than to be paid regularly is depressing.
