		<description>Tell the agency that if they see you as a threat, then you are.  If they see you as an advocate, then you will be that.  Do not be afraid to be this direct with a client's agency.  If you let them play the passive-agressive game, you could lose.  Agencies are used to having to deal with new truths, accept them and move on.</description>
