Awesome advice - nothing is more frustrating for a customer than dealing with the "black and white contract" mentality. You get a whole lot of kudos and credit for being creative and "nimble" (I use that word a lot, eh?) in creating your customer service-oriented persona in a client's eye than you do in cranking out what the contract says. I experienced that as a customer of one of Keith's firms in the past and it kept me from thinking about switching vendors. Seven years later they are still the one to beat.
